Residential Buildings
In residential buildings we will build a charging system that will perform dynamic load management for all the parking lots connected to the charging stations.
In addition, the electricity consumption will be read at each position, a consumption report will be produced according to the Taaz tariff discounted electricity tariff.
The charge will be made to each tenant/user according to the electricity company’s charge rate and the payment collected from the tenants will be transferred to the committee for paying the public electricity bill. The service has fixed management fees and no obligation.
